ORDERING POLICIES

Ordering Policies

Support Cancer Survivors does not accept returns. Requests for exchanges, reports of damaged items, or any other requests for order changes must be made within 5 business days of the delivery date. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please ensure sizing on the item(s) are correct BEFORE checking out! 

 

EXCHANGES will be subject to a processing fee of $15 per item.

 

Please email info@ericasurvived.com for exchange instructions. Please fully ensure your order is correct BEFORE checking out!

 

 Any return exceptions will be refunded via store credit in the form of a Support Cancer Survivors E-Gift Code. Credits are processed within 5-7 business days of your item(s) delivery to us. Exceptions are not guaranteed and are to the discretion of Erica Survived's team based on availability of items in stock. Worn items (without packaging and tags) are not eligible to be exchanged.

 

 

 

 

Shipping

Please allow 2-4 weeks to receive your orders. Some orders arrive sooner, depending on the immediate availability of ordered items.

Major Holidays may also affect shipping times.

Lost/Stolen Items

Erica Survived is not responsible for replacing items due to incorrect shipping address you enter during checkout or items lost/stolen in transit.

Please contact the carrier directly as we are unable to replace items lost/stolen while in possession of the post office.
